Guadalupe County Hospital is a Rural Emergency Hospital in eastern rural New Mexico. We provide emergency and observation care, and diagnostics, including laboratory and imaging services. We also own and operate the Route 66 Pharmacy co-located on the premises. Guadalupe County Hospital is the recipient of numerous clinical quality and patient experience awards.

Guadalupe County Hospital
On September 1, 2023, Guadalupe County Hospital’s designation changed to a Rural Emergency Hospital (REH). The REH designation will ensure the sustainability of GCH and therefore ensure emergency and outpatient services remain available to the community.
