Please note, response texts are limited to 150 characters. Complex questions or responses will require an in-person consultation.
Prescription Pick-up
New prescriptions may be called in or submitted electronically.
Please note, it takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes for prescriptions to show up in the pharmacy computer system once they have been submitted by your health provider. The filling process requires submission to your insurance provider and subsequent approval. In most cases this is completed within 20 minutes.
Refills
To better serve you, please call or visit the pharmacy one to two days in advance for prescription refills. Refill requests may be submitted over our telephone interactive voice recognition system, by texting (575) 472-5666 or you may ask to speak to a pharmacy tech or pharmacist.
The cutoff for refills on the same day is 2:30 PM. Anything after 2:30 PM will be available the next day.
Expired Prescriptions
There is a 48-72 hour turn around granted the provider has approved.
